As a certified birth doula CD(DONA), I provide information, education, comfort measures, and hands-on support as a woman births her baby. My goal is to empower a woman to have the best birth and postpartum experience possible.

As a certified postpartum doula PCD(DONA), I provide support to moms, babies, and the whole family during the postpartum period–birth through 12 weeks. Postpartum doulas are trained in breastfeeding, mom + baby care, sibling transitions, information for partners, and more.

After winning my own battle with PMADs and recognizing a need for perinatal mental health awareness and advocacy, I became a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

I currently serve as Chair on the PSI-Arkansas Chapter Board of Directors. If you are pregnant, postpartum, experienced birth trauma, pregnancy/infant loss, even if you birthed your baby years ago and need resources for support, please contact me. These chats are complimentary and confidential. I can connect you with local resources and providers who can help
